The Department of Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques at Mustaqbal University organized an awareness campaign for its third-year students on November 26th, titled "Preserving Our Resources Through Our Daily Choices." The event was supervised by Eng. Atyaf, Eng. Maryam Nawwar, and Eng. Fatima Hassan. This activity was part of the extracurricular efforts aimed at promoting a culture of environmental responsibility and establishing sustainable practices within the university campus. The campaign focused on highlighting the importance of natural resources as a fundamental pillar for human life and the continuity of societies. It clarified how simple daily decisions—such as reducing waste, recycling (reusing), and rationalizing water and energy consumption—can create a real cumulative impact on protecting the environment and preserving its resources. The event also included scientific discussions and student interventions regarding mechanisms for applying environmentally friendly behaviors both inside and outside the university, which fostered interaction and allowed for the exchange of ideas and proposals supporting the achievement of sustainability. This initiative underscores the department's role in supporting environmental awareness and guiding students toward responsible practices that contribute to environmental preservation and ensuring a better future for coming generations.
