In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and Goal 4 (Quality Education), the Department of Optics Techniques organized a scientific visit for third-stage students to Al-Ayn Foundation – Babylon Branch, with the aim of strengthening their practical skills and enhancing their ability to perform visual examinations in real-world professional settings. During the visit, the students conducted a series of eye examinations for beneficiaries inside the institution, under the supervision of: Asst. Lecturer Alaa Mohammed Abdul-Abbas Ghufran Sabah Tu’ma Fatima Haider Jasim The supervisors closely monitored the students’ performance and guided them to carry out the examinations in accordance with approved professional standards. The participating students were: Baqir Yousif Abd Zaid Ahmed Saadi Hussein Adel Ali Al-Akbar Mohammed Al-Zahraa Rafid Star Ayat Najah Taqi Wissam Tabarak Mohsen Adyan Jawad This visit reflects the department’s commitment to linking theoretical learning with practical application, providing students with direct clinical experience that strengthens their skills and prepares them for future work in the field of Optics Techniques.
