Radiology Techniques Department of Al-Mustaqbal University was established during the Academic Year 2018-2019, offering a Bachelor Degree in Radiology. The Department teaches and trains Students scientifically and practically so that they would acquire the Skills they require to successfully engage in Radiology Techniques and their various applications.
It is remarkable to note that the Department Educational programs are carried out through Courses, which include Anatomy & Histology, Physiology, Pathology, Nursing Foundations, Radiographic Anatomy, Radiation Physics and Protection, Diagnostic Radiological Imaging Techniques, Ultrasound, MRI, and Computed Tomography.

Radiology Techniques Department / College of Health and Medical Technology / Al-Mustaqbal University is committed to qualifying Distinguished Graduate who are capable of competing, meeting Labor Market Requirements, and conducting Scientific Research in the Fields of Radiology for the purpose of serving Local Community, in addition to publishing at Specialized Scientific Journals, Organizing Conferences, arranging Training Courses and Scientific Seminars, as well as implementing Research projects, all along with the provision of Technical Consultations in cooperation with Universities, Institutes and Research Centers whether at home or abroad in order to finally achieving Sustainable Development Goals.
Radiology Techniques Department seeks to achieve certain goals that aim to developing its services through the implementation of the following:

1. Developing Curricula in line with the Scientific Development, being in conformation with Local and International Accreditation Standards, and providing the Latest Textbooks and Scientific References at the College Library;
2. Use of Blended Learning Process, with the addition of Modern Methods to the Education Programs, including Use of the Internet and various E-Learning Platforms, in addition to enhancing Personal Development of Students by encouraging Lifelong Learning and Self-Promotion Activities;
3. Understanding the Principles and Concepts of different Radiological Imaging Techniques, such as X-Rays, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Ultrasound;
4. Developing Competencies of operating and maintaining Photographic Equipment, acquiring Practical Skills regarding Images Processing, Post-Processing Techniques related to Image Improvement Quality and use of appropriate Radiation Safety Measures;
5. Activating collaboration with Healthcare Professionals, including Radiologists, Physicians, and Technologists for the purpose of obtaining High-Quality Imaging Results that would assist in their Interpretation and Accurate Diagnosis;
6. Activating Regulations and Directives, Understanding Legal Aspects of Radiological Imaging, Maintaining Patient Confidentiality, and adhering to Ethical Issues;
7. Providing different Methods of Communication to convey the Imaging Results in a clear and professional manner to Specialists, Patients, or their Relatives;
8. Emphasizing the importance of keeping up with modern developments at Radiological Imaging and activating the Academic and Professional Role of Faculty Members in the Field of Scientific Research with the aim of serving the University and activating its role to solve problems facing society, while establishing and strengthening Partnerships with Universities as well as Educational Research Centers inside and outside the Country.
