As part of its commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Continuing Education Center at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a workshop targeting service workers and the Civil Defense Unit, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of the University. This workshop aimed to promote good health and well-being (SDG 3), enhance quality education (SDG 4), and encourage partnerships to achieve the goals (SDG 17).
The workshop focused on raising participants health awareness by providing guidance on improving healthy behaviors that foster well-being. It also included training programs designed to develop participants professional skills, improving their job performance and supporting continuous learning. Additionally, the workshop emphasized the importance of collaboration among different entities to achieve shared goals, promoting partnerships with community institutions.
The workshop witnessed positive engagement from participants, who acquired new knowledge and skills that will improve both their health and professional performance, thereby enhancing the quality of their services. This initiative is part of a series of programs launched by the University to achieve sustainable development through education, health awareness, and fostering cooperation.
