To establish an integrated system for Total Quality Management in accordance with both international and local standards, utilizing the latest models and practices in quality assurance and performance evaluation. The system aims to ensure effective implementation and support the university in achieving its goals in teaching and learning, scientific research, and community service, while enhancing its competitiveness at both the local and international levels.
The objectives of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance focus on promoting a culture of total quality and continuous improvement across all university colleges, departments, divisions, and academic and administrative units. The department undertakes studies and organizes conferences, seminars, meetings, and workshops in the fields of total quality management, academic accreditation, and university performance evaluation. It also supports academic departments to enhance the university’s ranking locally, regionally, and internationally, and works to prepare the university to obtain institutional and programmatic accreditation for its educational programs at both local and international levels.
