As part of efforts to promote environmental awareness and support the Sustainable Development Goals—particularly Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation)—an awareness activity on water conservation was organized under the supervision of Dr. Feryal Ibrahim Al-Zafiri, a faculty member at the Al-MUSTAQBAL Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications. The activity highlighted the importance of the rational use of water resources and ways to reduce waste, while also shedding light on the role of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in supporting water resource management and achieving environmental sustainability. Dr. Al-Zafiri emphasized the importance of employing scientific knowledge and smart technologies to instill a culture of conservation, thereby helping protect natural resources and ensure their sustainability for future generations. This activity comes within the Center’s efforts to support initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable development and enhancing community awareness of the importance of preserving vital resources. Al-MUSTAQBAL University is ranked first among private universities in Iraq.
