In the framework of cooperation between the Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications and the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies: A scientific visit for first-year students from the Department of Fuel and Energy Engineering to promote sustainability
Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and within the framework of cooperation between the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies and the Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications, the center hosted first-year students from the Department of Fuel and Energy Engineering, accompanied by several faculty members, as part of a scientific visit. During the visit, the center’s team provided a detailed explanation of the advanced technologies and equipment available, emphasizing the role of artificial intelligence in the energy sector and how it can be utilized to achieve sustainability. They also discussed AI applications in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 7, which focuses on ensuring access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy. The visit aimed to enhance the students’ understanding of the latest technologies in their field and to highlight the role of artificial intelligence in building a sustainable future and improving energy efficiency.
