Al-Mustaqbal University: A leading university in high quality published papers
Al-Mustaqbal University has ranked first among Iraqi universities in rigorous scientific publishing, placing within the top ten percent of high-impact journals. The publication rate from 2019 to 2024 in the top ten percent of high-impact journals reached 683 papers, placing Al-Mustaqbal University in the first position, followed by the University of Baghdad in the second position with 672 papers. The University of Technology secured the third position with 525 papers, according to the latest update as of August 15, 2024, issued by Scopus. Furthermore, Al-Mustaqbal University ranked first among private universities and third among public universities within the top 200 universities publishing in the top 50 percent of high-impact journals from 2019 to 2024, achieving 2,527 publications within the mentioned journal percentage.
