Quality Assurance Department in the Training Course on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM)
Participation of the Quality Assurance Department in the Training Course on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model, held in Erbil Governorate from April 12 to 17, 2025. The event was organized by the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with the Audit and Control Department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. Al-Mustaqbal University was represented by Dr. Riyadh Hamed Salman and Lecturer Haider Hawad. The workshop brought together a distinguished group of performance evaluation directors and quality assurance managers from various Iraqi universities. It focused on capacity building in the application of the EFQM model and on promoting concepts of sustainable quality and institutional excellence in line with modern trends in higher education development.
