Artificial Intelligence Projects Shine During Al-Mustaqbal International Sustainability Festival Week
As part of the Al-Mustaqbal International Third Sustainability Festival held from April 16 to 24, 2025, artificial intelligence projects took center stage, showcasing the rapid scientific advancements achieved by Al-Mustaqbal University. The Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications presented a diverse range of innovative projects focused on smart and sustainable solutions. These included intelligent agriculture systems for crop monitoring, renewable energy management projects powered by machine learning, and smart robots designed to support environmental and community initiatives. The festival also featured live demonstrations and interactive workshops where students and researchers highlighted how artificial intelligence can contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2, 7, 9, 13), promoting food security, supporting clean energy, fostering industry innovation, and advancing climate action. Center officials emphasized that these projects align with the university's vision of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to serve society and build a sustainable future, while developing students' skills and connecting them to global scientific advancements. Through these achievements, Al-Mustaqbal University continues to lead in integrating scientific research with practical applications aimed at building smart and sustainable communities.
