A Delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University Visits the Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Institute at Sadat City University – Egypt
In line with its commitment to strengthening scientific and academic cooperation with prestigious institutions, a delegation from Al-Mustaqbal University – Iraq paid an official visit to the Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Institute at Sadat City University, Arab Republic of Egypt, on Thursday, May 1st, 2025. The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abbas Nweir, Dean of the Institute, and discussions were held on potential avenues of collaboration in scientific research, training, development, and academic exchange, especially in the fields of biotechnology and genetic engineering. The visiting delegation included: Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji – Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, College of Health and Medical Technologies, Prof. Dr. Aysam Mahmoud Ali Fayed – Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, Asst. Lecturer Haider Mohammed Nasser – Secretary of the College Council. Both sides expressed their willingness to establish joint research collaborations and coordinate training programs and workshops that enhance the capabilities of researchers and students, thus contributing to advancing scientific trends and improving the quality of higher education and research.
