The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a workshop entitled “Mechanism for Evaluating the Performance of Staff in Colleges Implementing the Bologna Process”, with the participation of deans, heads of departments, and quality assurance representatives. The workshop addressed the approved evaluation standards and tools. It was moderated by Dr. Riyadh Hamed, with presentations delivered by Dr. Zahraa Hashem and Dr. Sara Abdulmahdi. The session emphasized the importance of developing performance evaluation mechanisms in alignment with the Bologna Process requirements to enhance the quality of education and achieve the desired learning outcomes.
