Prof. Dr. Nidhal Khdhair Al-Abbadi Appointed Secretary-General of the Arab Association for Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
In a new scientific and academic achievement for Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Nidhal Khdhair Al-Abbadi, Director of Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications – Iraq, has been appointed Secretary-General of the Arab Association for Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence. The announcement was made within the framework of the First Annual Arab Forum on Artificial Intelligence, scheduled to be held in New Alamein City, Arab Republic of Egypt, on 27–28 August 2025, under the patronage of the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils and in cooperation with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. This prestigious appointment reflects Prof. Dr. Al-Abbadi’s distinguished scientific standing and highlights Al-Mustaqbal University’s leadership in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation at both national and Arab levels. Al-Mustaqbal University is ranked the first among private universities in Iraq.
