The Technology Incubator Division organized a workshop to train administrators of deanships and departments on how to use the electronic correspondence system. The workshop was delivered by M.M. Reyam Khaled Karim. The workshop included an explanation of the mechanism of the correspondence system through issuing and archiving e-mail, which was attended by a number of those authorized to receive the system. The system included an explanation of the system’s interfaces and mechanism. Working on it, the method of issuing mail, and the mechanism for receiving it as well.
