Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Division, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies / Department of Radiological Techniques, within the pillar of Participation and Political Reform – Political and Leadership Empowerment of Women, under the paragraph: Enhancing the Role of Women in Leadership Positions and Decision-Making, and in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal Five (Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment), on Tuesday 25/2/2026, organized an awareness activity entitled: (Women… The Power of Leadership and Creativity) Presented by Ms. Marwa in the Department of Radiological Techniques. The activity addressed the importance of developing and training leadership capacities for female staff, enhancing leadership and decision-making skills, as well as supporting effective communication and team building within the university environment. It also emphasized the role of women leaders as a source of inspiration and responsibility in shaping a better future for society and institutions. The activity aims to build confidence and self-empowerment among female students and encourage them to develop their scientific and practical capabilities, contributing to the preparation of conscious female leaders capable of creativity and excellence. This activity comes as part of the department’s efforts to consolidate a culture of empowerment and strengthen the leadership role of women within the university community.
