Awareness Workshop Entitled: “Electronic Blackmail and Protection Methods”
Under the patronage of the University President, the Women’s Affairs Division, in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy, organized an awareness workshop entitled “Electronic Blackmail and Protection Methods” on Monday, March 31, 2026. The workshop was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Bari’a Ali Makki. This workshop was held as part of the implementation of the National Strategy for Iraqi Women, particularly the third pillar concerned with the protection of women and addressing the violence they face. It also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 5 (Gender Equality) and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities). The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of confronting negative phenomena affecting women and girls, raising awareness of protection methods against electronic blackmail, and reinforcing the principle of gender equality across various societal contexts #Ranked_first_among_private_universities_in_Iraq #Goal 10: Reducing Inequalities
