Prof. Dr. Tariq Al-Musawi, Director of Scientific Affairs at Al-Mustaqbal University, was honored among the distinguished faculty members by H.E. the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, H.E. Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored 50 Iraqi researchers, including Prof. Dr. Tariq Jwad Al-Musawi from Al-Mustaqbal University, for completing an advanced “Train-the-Trainer” program in research skills. The national ceremony took place at the Ministry’s headquarters in Baghdad, in the presence of the Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs and several senior officials. The event was widely welcomed by universities and students as an important initiative supporting Iraqi academic staff. Delivered in cooperation with the Arab Council for Scientific Research, Clarivate, and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB), the training program was held between April and October 2025. It consisted of seven programs comprising twenty-one modules, focusing on scientific-research methods, academic writing, publication ethics, citation analytics, and academic–industry partnerships. The training equips participants with the skills needed to enhance research quality and align academic outputs with international standards. The recognition of Prof. Dr. Tariq Al-Musawi highlights his notable efforts in promoting research development and academic excellence at Al-Mustaqbal University. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shaker Majdi, the university continues its active participation in major national and international academic events, supporting faculty development and advancing its role in scientific progress. This recognition reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to empowering its faculty members and reinforcing the university’s contribution to Iraq’s scientific and academic advancement.
