Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications organized a distinguished advisory dialogue session for students of the Medical Device Engineering Department, aimed at discussing graduation project ideas and guiding students toward selecting the most accurate and effective scientific paths required for obtaining their bachelor’s degree. The session was led by Dr. Feryal Ibrahim Al-Dhafeeri and Eng. Hasanen Taha, who provided specialized guidance and strategies for refining research ideas, in addition to clarifying the scientific and technical standards students should follow during the stages of developing their projects. The supervisors also highlighted the importance of aligning graduation projects with real challenges in the healthcare sector and with recent advancements in artificial intelligence and medical technologies, in order to strengthen the students’ practical and innovative skills. During the session, emphasis was placed on the contribution of graduation projects to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, through developing technological solutions that enhance the quality of medical care. Goal 4: Quality Education, by fostering research skills and innovative thinking. Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, through encouraging pioneering ideas based on modern technologies. Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by promoting collaboration between academic institutions and research centers. This session comes as part of the Future Center’s ongoing efforts to support students and empower them to develop pioneering projects that keep pace with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and medical technology.
