Following the advisory session delivered by Prof. Dr. Nithal Khudair Al-Abadi for the students working on their graduation project to develop an intelligent oxygen mask, Eng. Mohammed Saad Abees has begun providing hands-on training to the students in the department’s laboratories. Throughout the practical session, Eng. Mohammed explained the steps for assembling the electronic circuits, integrating breathing and oxygen-flow sensors, and supervising the initial testing stages of the prototype to ensure accuracy and responsiveness to vital changes. He also guided the students on proper handling of biomedical electronic components and demonstrated how to achieve full integration between the software and hardware aspects to ensure the mask operates efficiently. This practical training represents an important continuation of the project, aiming to equip students with the necessary technical skills to complete a comprehensive graduation project that combines theoretical understanding with real-world application, meeting both academic standards and healthcare sector needs.
