Dr. Riyadh Hamed Salman, Director of the Quality Assurance Division, participated as a national evaluator within the Ministry of Higher Education’s team assessing the Islamic University in Najaf Al-Ashraf, focusing on academic excellence and educational quality. This participation is part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research efforts to strengthen institutional accreditation and academic performance evaluation in Iraqi universities, and to promote a culture of quality and scientific leadership in higher education institutions.
