The Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the consultative meeting chaired by the University Presidency, with the attendance of directors of the following departments and units: Scientific Affairs, Cultural Relations, Sustainability, Studies and Planning, International Rankings, Continuing Education, Training and Employment, and Women’s Affairs. The meeting focused on reviewing the university’s preparations for implementing the remaining scientific activities planned for 2025. During the meeting, the Quality Assurance Department presented its vision on mechanisms to ensure the quality of upcoming scientific events, emphasizing the importance of coordination among all university units to deliver activities that meet academic standards and achieve meaningful impact within the university community. The department also outlined its plan for monitoring performance indicators related to each activity, documentation and continuous improvement procedures, and its role in supporting organizing committees to ensure program readiness and alignment with national and international requirements.
