University of Al-Mustaqbal Strengthens National Partnership with the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology to Expand Qualitative Cooperation

In line with its strategic vision to build effective partnerships with leading national institutions, University of Al-Mustaqbal participated in a high-level meeting with the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning. The meeting focused on exploring prospects for bilateral cooperation and enhancing institutional integration in the fields of training, development, and human capacity building. The discussions addressed the potential launch of advanced joint training programs, as well as the design of specialized initiatives in training, consultancy, and research. These efforts aim to enhance institutional performance, improve human resource efficiency, and keep pace with rapid developments in administrative practices and information technology. The delegation from University of Al-Mustaqbal included Dr. Samir Badrawi, Director of the Cultural Relations Department; Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Continuing Education Center; and Mr. Abdul Ali Dakhel, Assistant Director of the Center. The delegation presented a comprehensive overview of the University’s academic and training capabilities, highlighting its experience in implementing high-quality development programs in accordance with recognized standards. They reaffirmed the University’s readiness to mobilize its scientific and human expertise in support of national administrative and technological development programs. For its part, the National Center welcomed the visit and emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with reputable Iraqi universities, particularly those with advanced institutional structures and successful experience in training and capacity building. Such collaboration, the Center noted, contributes to achieving sustainable development goals, supporting administrative reform pathways, and enhancing the efficiency of state institutions. This meeting forms part of University of Al-Mustaqbal’s broader strategic approach to institutional openness and partnership with government entities, reinforcing its academic standing and its pivotal role in supporting national development plans through impactful training and consultancy programs that serve the community and promote a more efficient and sustainable future.
