Praise be to Allah who has blessed us with the gift of knowledge and distinguished us through it, and peace and blessings be upon the best of Allah’s creation, our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and upon his family and companions.

My sons and daughters, dear students, and esteemed faculty members,

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the College of Medicine, this academic institution that strives to achieve excellence and leadership while making an active contribution to serving society and advancing knowledge and science.

Since its establishment, our college has been committed to preparing a generation of graduates who are distinguished scientifically, professionally, and ethically—graduates who are capable of facing challenges, contributing to the development of their fields, and achieving leadership and innovation in scientific research and community service.

In this regard, we are keen to provide an integrated educational and research environment that keeps pace with the latest developments and technologies. This is achieved through advanced curricula, well-equipped laboratories, high-quality training opportunities, and effective partnerships with academic and professional institutions both locally and internationally.

We believe that knowledge is a responsibility, excellence is a commitment, and creativity is the path toward the future. Therefore, I encourage all our students to seize opportunities, continuously strive to acquire skills, and strengthen the spirit of initiative and innovation so that they may become pioneers in their fields and ambassadors of knowledge wherever they go.
