Under the kind patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Walaa Louay Al-Fallouji, the College of Medicine organized a scientific workshop for first-year students entitled “Examination Instructions for Students and the Proper Handling of the Examination Paper.” The workshop was delivered by the Scientific Assistant Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Marwa Fadhil Al-Saffar, in cooperation with the Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College of Medicine, Dr. Ban Dhahir Al-Shammari. The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the approved examination instructions and to explain the correct method of dealing with the examination paper, with a focus on common mistakes that may negatively affect students’ performance and grades. It also included a practical explanation of how to read questions effectively, manage time during examinations, and adhere to administrative and educational regulations within the examination hall. This workshop comes as part of the continuous efforts of the University Presidency and the College Deanship to prepare students psychologically and academically, enhance their examination awareness, and positively reflect on their performance, contributing to the achievement of fairness and transparency in assessment and examinations.
