In a new step reflecting the momentum of reconstruction and institutional development at Al-Mustaqbal University, the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, inaugurated the new Presidency Building, in the presence of a large gathering of university staff and students who took part in congratulating the President on the opening of this grand architectural landmark, which represents a qualitative addition to the system of modern university buildings. The new building embodies the University’s vision of keeping pace with the latest architectural and engineering standards. It was designed in a contemporary architectural style and executed according to high-quality engineering specifications by the engineering and technical staff of the Diwan Affairs Department — an achievement that reflects professional competence and a strong spirit of institutional commitment. In a special statement to the University’s media, the President praised this accomplishment, affirming that it is the result of teamwork and collective effort. He expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to all staff who contributed with dedication and sincerity to the completion of the project, in line with the University’s direction toward providing an integrated administrative environment befitting its academic stature. In turn, the Director of Diwan Affairs explained that the building was constructed on a land area of (1,500) square meters, with a total built-up area of approximately (5,000) square meters, distributed over four floors. The building includes modern administrative offices, a large meeting hall, multi-purpose side halls, and a tiered auditorium with a stage accommodating about (300) people, in addition to fully integrated service facilities. He added that the building has been furnished and equipped with top-quality international sources, providing a modern administrative work environment that supports institutional performance efficiency and aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision of sustainable development and enhancing the quality of academic and administrative services.
