Under the generous patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shaker, and with direct supervision from the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Walaa Loay Al-Fallouji, the College of Medicine is preparing to participate in the activities of the “Future Ambassadors for Sustainability” Hackathon Camp. This participation comes within the framework of youth-driven initiatives supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Daily field visits are being conducted to the event venue by Dr. Aseel Hashim, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, accompanied by the participating students. The hackathon aims to enhance innovation and creativity among students in developing scientific and practical solutions to health and environmental challenges, encouraging them to apply academic knowledge to serve society and contribute to sustainable development. Prof. Dr. Walaa Loay Al-Fallouji affirmed the College’s commitment to supporting its students’ participation in such events that cultivate critical thinking, innovation, and teamwork skills, and contribute to preparing a generation of medical professionals aware of their responsibility toward the community and the environment.
