Under the generous patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and with the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Walaa Louay Al-Fallouji, the College of Medicine organized an awareness campaign titled: “Early Detection of Breast Cancer… Your Awareness is Life.” The campaign aims to raise health awareness among female students and university staff about the importance of early detection of breast cancer, highlighting preventive measures, risk factors, and encouraging women to undergo regular screenings. Early detection plays a crucial role in increasing recovery rates and reducing complications. This initiative reflects the College of Medicine’s commitment to promoting health awareness within the university community and supporting humanitarian initiatives that contribute to the well-being of women and society. It aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, which emphasizes the necessity of ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.
