Under the generous patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Walaa Louay Al-Fallouji, Dean of the College of Medicine, the College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific workshop entitled “Types of Research Designs and Mechanisms for Publishing in Reputable International Journals.” This workshop was held as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance research skills and improve the quality of scientific output. The workshop was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Muzhir and Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Rahman, who addressed key topics including scientifically approved research designs, methods for preparing high-quality scientific research, and the requirements for publishing in accredited international scientific journals. The workshop witnessed notable attendance and active interaction from faculty members, who praised the importance of the topics presented and their effective role in supporting the academic and research process. This workshop comes within the framework of the Deanship of the College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to supporting scientific research and encouraging publication in reputable journals, contributing to enhancing the scientific standing of the university and the college locally and internationally, Al-Mustaqbal University ranks first among private universities.
