The Community Health Technologies Department at Al-Mustaqbal University continued, on Monday, April 13, 2026, organizing its awareness booth as part of the second day activities of the “Fourth Al-Mustaqbal International Sustainability Week,” held in the central hall, under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Aqeel Handhal Tarish, with the participation of academic staff, employees, and students. This continued activity aimed to further promote health awareness and strengthen preventive health culture among students and visitors, in addition to supporting sustainable health initiatives within the university community. The booth featured a variety of scientific and awareness brochures addressing multiple health topics, focusing on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices, presented in a simplified scientific manner suitable for diverse audiences. On-site services were also continued, including measuring weight and height and calculating Body Mass Index (BMI), along with providing personalized health guidance for each individual, contributing to enhanced personal health awareness and encouraging healthy behaviors. The booth witnessed notable engagement and attendance from students and visitors, reflecting the success and continuity of the awareness activities. Professor Dr. Aqeel Handhal Tarish emphasized that the continuation of such initiatives reflects the department’s commitment to its health awareness role and its dedication to promoting public health and preventive concepts within the community.
