The Community Health Technologies Department at Al-Mustaqbal University announced the organization of a scientific workshop entitled: “Application of District Team Problem Solving Approach as Community-Based Practice Education” as part of the “Fourth Al-Mustaqbal International Sustainability Week.” The workshop is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the Student Activities Hall, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Hassan Alwan Yabiee, Dean of the College of Nursing at Al-Hilla National University, consultant at the World Health Organization, and a specialist in public health and community medicine. The workshop aims to highlight modern approaches in community-based practice education and enhance problem-solving skills within healthcare teams, contributing to improving the competencies of students and healthcare professionals. It will also include discussions of practical applications and real-life models in community health, with a focus on the role of healthcare teams in improving public health outcomes and promoting sustainability concepts.
