Digital justice and equality are among the most prominent challenges facing contemporary societies in the age of modern technology. As reliance on the internet and digital technology increases in various aspects of life, it becomes essential to highlight how artificial intelligence (AI) and digital networks can be utilized to achieve digital justice. These technologies serve as key tools that can contribute to reducing the digital divide between countries and communities.

Goal 10 of the Sustainable Development Goals addresses "Reducing Inequalities," focusing on closing the gaps between developed and developing countries, as well as between different social groups within a society. In this context, AI can play a pivotal role in providing innovative solutions that support digital equality. Through technologies like machine learning and data analytics, access to education, healthcare, and online job opportunities can be significantly improved for individuals in remote or resource-poor areas.

One of the ways to reduce the digital divide is by developing internet networks and improving technological infrastructure in developing countries. Providing high-speed internet access to everyone is a fundamental right that enhances equal access to information and digital services. AI can also help improve the quality of education and healthcare in these communities through innovative applications such as remote learning and telemedicine, which can reach areas that lack traditional services.

On the other hand, public policies and international initiatives must be directed toward enhancing cooperation between countries and tech companies to create a fair digital environment. AI can be used to identify digital gaps and support policies aimed at bridging these divides.

In conclusion, artificial intelligence and digital networks represent the cornerstone of achieving digital justice and equality that supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 10. By promoting digital inclusivity, we can create a balanced global community that serves all its members equally.

Almustaqbal University, The First University in Iraq
