In this context, Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a pivotal role in sustainable energy management by developing intelligent systems capable of predicting consumption, efficiently distributing resources, and reducing energy losses in power networks.<br /><br />AI technologies enable real-time monitoring of energy consumption, analyzing massive datasets generated by buildings, factories, and transportation systems, and subsequently proposing solutions to reduce carbon emissions. They also promote the integration of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power by dynamically balancing their production with fluctuating demand.<br /><br />For example, machine learning algorithms can be applied in the operation of smart grids, predicting peak times and adjusting loads to minimize outages and increase operational efficiency. These systems can also support strategic decision-making for policymakers by providing accurate insights into consumption patterns and identifying future opportunities for clean energy investments.<br /><br />The application of AI in sustainable energy management not only leads to economic savings but also contributes to building greener and smarter cities.
