Here, the question arises: How can a university professor be distinguished ? Students consider a professor distinguished if he is easygoing and lenient in awarding grades, and the results of his course are between excellent and very good, and they do not consider the scientific material or attendance or absence. But from our experience in teaching, students begin to evaluate this professor negatively, and as soon as they receive the results, they say about him: He who does not know how to teach, does not understand, and does not deserve to be a professor. Some professors believe that giving a subject that is difficult to understand makes the undergraduate student at the level of a doctoral student, making it impossible for anyone to excel in the subject, and that a good grade is the upper limit for what a student can get. What this professor does cannot be considered distinguished. The question remains: How can a university professor be distinguished ? 1.He must understand his subject, be proficient in it, and excel in his specialization. To be a role model in his attendance and to be careful about lecture time..2 To be humble and close to his students, and not to be arrogant or condescending..3 4.To be fair in grading and evaluations, and that the basis is the student's answer in the exam and the degree of his interaction with the professor during the lecture. 5.To consider the balance between difficulty and ease when composing questions, and not to lean toward either. 6.To give office hours their due time and to allow students to review him to ask their questions about the material and understand it… The material should have a clear, central reference and source from which students can benefit.7 I ask God for success for everyone.
