Institutional Accreditation Committee Visits the Document, Certificates, and University Orders Department and Commends Its Work

During the visit, several important topics were discussed, including the archiving procedures, the document issuance process, and the department’s future vision for improving administrative and technical work. The committee also reviewed samples of the documents issued by the department and expressed admiration for the quality of design and precision in printing, appreciating the efforts put into these aspects. The committee commended the department s efficiency and its crucial role in supporting the administrative and academic processes, praising the high level of organization, meticulous accuracy in verification, and effective management reflected in the smooth operation of work. Special thanks were given to the department head, Ms. Nada, for her evident dedication to maintaining high standards of performance and thorough follow-up on all details. At the conclusion of the visit, the committee expressed its gratitude to all the department s staff, praising their commitment and efforts, and emphasized the importance of continuing this professional approach that contributes to the overall improvement of the institution.

Launch of the 4th Media Dialogue Forum at Future University as Part of the 3rd International Future Sustainability Week Festival

On the morning of Saturday, April 19, 2025, the 4th Media Dialogue Forum kicked off at Future University, as part of the 3rd International Future Sustainability Week Festival, with notable official and academic presence. The forum was attended by prominent figures, including the Administrative Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, Deputy Minister of Culture Dr. Fadel Al-Badran, President of the Iraqi Writers Union Mr. Ali Al-Fawaz, and the President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate Dr. Ali Maseer. They were received by the President of Future University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, along with senior university staff. Held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the forum opened with a speech by Prof. Dr. Muzafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Academic and Scientific Supervision. He emphasized that the selection of "Artificial Intelligence and its Applications in Media" as the forum's theme reflects the university’s awareness of rapid global changes and AI’s growing impact on media production, distribution, audience analysis, and message creation. He noted that the discussions and research presented—covering AI ethics, newsroom integration, media marketing, and audience behavior analysis—mark a significant step toward building a critical and practical understanding of digital transformation in media. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Future University, highlighted in a university media statement the vital role of media in promoting sustainable development and raising awareness on resource preservation for future generations, whether through print, visual, or audio media. He stressed the importance of utilizing modern technologies, especially AI, to shape a media landscape that meets contemporary demands. Al-Mustaqbal University Participates in World Babylonian Civilization Day in Babil Governorate

Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the World Babylonian Civilization Day events, which kicked off in Babil Governorate on April 10th, with the presence of His Excellency President Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning Dr. Mohammed Tamim, Babil Governor Mr. Adnan Fihan Al-Dulaimi, along with several political, diplomatic, cultural, and artistic figures. The university's pavilion at the festival was visited by His Excellency the President, who praised the academic reputation and excellence of the university, highlighting its significant standing among private universities in both local and international rankings. The university's pavilion also saw a wide turnout from local and international delegations, featuring an impressive display of Babylonian artifacts in collaboration with the Department of Antiquities at the College of Arts, which provided a detailed scientific explanation of the exhibited symbols and pieces, emphasizing the rich heritage of Babylon. Announcement of Completion of Paper Archiving for All University Documents and Certificates

The Documentation, Certificates, and University Orders Division announces the completion of the paper archiving for all departments and faculties. Each employee has meticulously and quickly archived their respective sections. All employees made an effort to complete the archiving process as quickly as possible. The paper archiving involves saving a copy of the student’s master sheet in their file for the purpose of cross-checking every issued document with the master grade sheet. A copy of each issued document is also saved in the file to ensure accuracy and minimize any errors.

Launch of the Request Form as a Community Service to Facilitate Graduate Procedures

As part of its ongoing efforts to provide community services that simplify procedures and save time and effort, the Documents and Alumni Division has announced the availability of a Request Form, which represents a practical step to ease the process for graduates when visiting the division. Graduates can obtain the form in advance, then fill in the required information accurately, attach their personal photo, and pay the applicable fees, all of which contribute to faster processing and help avoid delays or missing requirements. The division affirms that this mechanism was introduced in response to graduates’ needs for better organization and clearer guidance on required documentation, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined service.
