The Unit was established on 1st September 2016, constituted of only three employees. After the College has been transformed into a University, the Unit of Documents & Alumni has been promoted to a Division, and still affiliated to the President Assistant for Scientific Affairs. Now the number of the Division Employees has reached fifteen, with the need to further development as the graduates

The Division of Documents, Certificates, and University Orders Holds a Workshop with the Department of Optical Technologies

The Division of Documents, Certificates, and University Orders held an extensive workshop with the Department of Optical Technologies, as part of ongoing coordination efforts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling graduation requirements. The workshop addressed the mechanism for issuing graduation orders for the first batch of first-round graduates, emphasizing the importance of following up on students’ summer training. It was stressed that students are not considered graduates unless they complete and provide proof of their summer training. Additionally, the process of verifying graduates’ names and matching them with the records in the Registration and Student Affairs databases was discussed, in preparation for submission to the Ministry. A specific timeline was agreed upon for completing all graduation procedures, in accordance with the official academic calendar. This initiative aims to ensure data accuracy and expedite the administrative process related to student graduation, safeguarding student rights while saving time and effort for all parties involved.

At the end of each section, an electronic test was conducted for participants from different departments and administrators. The exam was held in the central hall within the university campus. The course focused on testing participants' ability to deal with administrative issues that an employee might face during work. Real-life administrative problems were presented, and participants were asked how they would handle and interact with these problems, in addition to assessing their ability to perceive and control the situation. The course lasted for four months under the supervision of the university's Central Quality Department, represented by the Documents, Certificates, and University Orders Department, led by Engineer Nada Amer Abdel Aziz. Due to her successful completion of the course, Engineer Nada was awarded a certificate of excellence, indicating her high performance and proficiency in administrative skills
