The results of the customer satisfaction survey show a significant improvement in service quality

The results of the recent survey showed a high level of satisfaction among reviewers with our services, as 88% of them expressed complete satisfaction with the level of service provided. This percentage reflects our ongoing commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality and professionalism in delivering our services. The survey also included a number of valuable comments provided by the reviewers, which will be our focus for continuous development and improvement of our services. Concerned students can collect their documents starting today, as all documents have been prepared in accordance with the established academic standards. The Documents and Graduates Department also urges all students to ensure that any administrative or academic issues are resolved before receiving their documents. The survey also includes open-ended questions to allow graduates to provide their feedback and suggestions on how to improve the service. Through this survey, the Shuba of Documents and Graduates seeks to listen to the opinions of graduates in order to enhance the quality of services provided and to develop procedures and services in line with the needs and expectations of graduates. The survey includes a set of questions that address several aspects of the process of submitting requests and receiving documents, based on the feedback and observations of graduates. Document and Graduation Department Receives Requests for Graduation Confirmation for Medical Technology Graduates

The Document and Graduation Department at Future University recently received a large number of requests from graduates of the Medical Technology program, particularly from the Anesthesia and Analysis Departments, for graduation confirmation letters addressed to health authorities. The department efficiently processed all the requests and ensured that the graduates received their confirmation letters on the same day, with high precision and professionalism. The department emphasized its readiness to receive all requests from graduates and complete them with ease and in the shortest time possible, ensuring the highest quality of service. Additionally, the department noted that it handles inquiries via WhatsApp, allowing graduates to verify the completion of their graduation confirmation or documents before coming to the university, especially for those from distant governorates.

A meeting was held for the Documentation and Graduates Division to develop a work plan for sustainability research.

Under the guidance of the President of Future University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, a meeting was held this morning for the Documentation and Graduates Division at Future University, chaired by Mr. Abdulhussein Abdulzahra Kashash, Director of the Documentation and Graduates Division. The meeting focused on discussing the future work plan, which aims to conduct research related to the concept of sustainability in various aspects of the division s operations, with the attendance of the division’s staff team. The meeting addressed the development of a strategic plan aimed at enhancing the division s role in supporting the university s vision concerning academic and administrative sustainability. It was agreed to form teams from the division’s staff to begin preparing a series of research projects aimed at improving document management and archiving practices in alignment with the best environmental and economic standards. The importance of integrating sustainability principles into the division s internal processes was emphasized, such as reducing paper usage through full digital transformation. Additionally, innovative methods for data preservation were discussed, contributing to the protection and conservation of resources. At the end of the meeting, participants expressed their full readiness to contribute to the implementation of this ambitious plan, with the assurance that invitations would be extended to specialized professors in the fields of environment and sustainability to participate in these research projects, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes.
