As part of the implementation of the terms of the twinning and joint scientific cooperation agreement between Al-Mustaqbal University and Al-Qasim Green University, and with a view to promoting academic integrity and the exchange of expertise between the two institutions, Prof. Dr. Hadi Yasser Abboud participated on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the regular meeting of the Scientific Committee of the Department of Soil and Water Resources at Al-Qasim Green University. The meeting featured extensive discussions centered on key strategic issues, most notably the review and scrutiny of the admission plan for graduate students (Ph.D. and Master’s) for the upcoming academic year, ensuring that specializations align with scientific requirements and the job market. The agenda also included the review and discussion of academic promotion files for a number of department members, ensuring they meet the approved criteria and regulations before submitting them to the university’s Central Committee for Academic Promotions for further action.
