Honoring the Al-Mustaqbal
Center for Renewable Energy Research during the University Presidency’s Meeting with the College of Engineering
In a distinguished academic atmosphere, and under the generous patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the College of Engineering witnessed an extensive meeting that included the professors and affiliates of the college, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, along with the assistants and heads of scientific departments
The University President began his speech by praising the great efforts made by the college and its research centers, highlighting the major achievement accomplished by Al-Mustaqbal University in the Times Higher Education Global Ranking for Sustainable Development 2025, where it attained the first global rank in the Clean Energy category under Goal 7 of the Sustainable Development Goals, noting that this achievement represents a national pride and reflects the level of academic and practical excellence of the university.
