President of Mansoura University Visits Al-Mustaqbal University and Signs a Joint Cooperation Agreement

As part of its internationalization efforts and academic openness, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, welcomed Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University in Egypt, accompanied by a high-level academic delegation. The meeting explored ways to activate existing agreements and enhance cooperation in higher education, scientific research, and training. A joint cooperation agreement was signed covering various academic and research fields. The event also featured the participation of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University, which proposed collaboration with Mansoura University in academic assessment and evaluation through experience exchange and specialized training programs.

Ongoing Final and Evaluative Examinations at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Mustaqbal University

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to implementing the highest standards of academic quality and organizing the examination process in alignment with assessment and evaluation criteria, the university continues to conduct final and evaluative examinations for the second semester. These exams are held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the esteemed University President, guided by Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdul Baoui, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and overseen by Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the university. In this context, the College of Pharmacy continues its examinations under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khalid Faleh, Dean of the College, with field follow-up by Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman, Scientific Assistant Dean, and Dr. Nada Khazaal, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College. The exams were conducted in full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the preparation of all technical and logistical requirements, including seating charts for students, and the organized distribution of exam questions and answer sheets (Bubble Sheets). The College’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit played a key role in managing the process, starting with training students on exam protocols and how to properly interact with exam materials, followed by evaluating the exams from organizational and academic aspects, and measuring students' satisfaction with the examinations. These steps ensure transparency and fairness in the assessment process. The examinations were conducted in a well-organized academic environment in which students adhered to ministerial guidelines and regulations. The process was also closely monitored by Prof. Dr. Faez Ali Rasheed Al-Mamouri, Head of the Ministerial Committee supervising evaluative exams at Al-Mustaqbal University and a member of the Committee of Pharmacy Deans in Iraq. Dr. Al-Mamouri commended the smooth and efficient conduct of the examinations. Students expressed their satisfaction with the exam environment and the high level of organization within the examination halls. They praised the efforts of the College administration and its academic and administrative staff, which reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s dedication to upholding evaluation standards and enhancing the quality of the educational process and its outcomes.

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to implementing the highest standards of academic quality and organizing the examination process in accordance with recognized assessment and evaluation standards, the final examinations for the second semester of the academic year 2024–2025 are continuing. These are held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, the respected President of the University, with guidance from Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdul Bawi, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and follow-up by Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the University's Measurement and Evaluation Unit. The final exams at the College of Engineering and Engineering Technologies are being conducted under the direct supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Azher Mohsen Abd, the esteemed Dean of the College, in cooperation with the assistant deans and heads of departments. The process is also being closely monitored by Asst. Monitoring and Evaluation of Final Examinations at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – Al-Mustaqbal University

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's ongoing efforts to reinforce academic quality standards and ensure strict adherence to examination regulations and guidelines, the Measurement and Evaluation Unit closely monitored the final examinations at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. This initiative was carried out under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of the University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawei, the University President’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs, with direct supervision by Assistant Professor Dr. Sanaa Abdul Ameer Abdul, Dean of the College. The final exam for the second stage was conducted with the participation of 689 students out of a total of 705 registered students, in an environment characterized by high levels of organization—reflecting the College’s commitment to providing an ideal examination setting. Final exams for the second, third, and fourth stages will continue in the coming days, under the close supervision of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit, in accordance with the standards adopted at Al-Mustaqbal University. Dr. Mohammed Hassan Shalaan, the Scientific Assistant and Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College, reviewed all organizational procedures related to the exam, including the preparation of examination maps, provision of necessary exam materials, and the distribution mechanism for both the bubble sheets and exam questions, ensuring a smooth and transparent examination process. The examinations were marked by clear discipline and a high level of organization, demonstrating the College’s commitment to applying the approved examination standards in higher education institutions. This also reflects the dedicated efforts of both the academic and administrative staff in upholding academic quality within the framework of the Measurement and Evaluation system at Al-Mustaqbal University.

Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Baawi, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and follow-up by Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit. The final examination for students of the Department of Medical Physics was held in a highly organized and well-prepared environment, under the direct supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College, and with the follow-up of Lecturer Dr. Sarah Mahdi Ubaid, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the college. The exams proceeded without any organizational or technical issues, reflecting the college’s commitment to implementing examination regulations and quality standards, as well as the students' awareness and the faculty and staff's efforts in providing an ideal, transparent, and disciplined testing environment. This evaluation is part of a broader university-wide strategy to apply measurement and evaluation standards across all colleges, aimed at improving the quality and outcomes of the educational process at Al-Mustaqbal University.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Final Examinations at the College of Administrative Sciences – Al-Mustaqbal University

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of higher education and ensure compliance with accredited academic standards in examinations, the Measurement and Evaluation Unit monitored the conduct of final examinations at the College of Administrative Sciences. This took place under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of the University, with the guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawei, Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit. The examinations were conducted under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Haider Mohammed Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College, on Tuesday, 6/5/2025, for second- and fourth-year students in the Accounting Department and third-year students in the Business Administration Department. The exams took place in an orderly and well-organized environment, reflecting the college’s commitment to providing an ideal examination setting that ensures fairness and transparency. Lecturer Ibtihal Saad Hashem, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit in the college, conducted a comprehensive field follow-up of all examination procedures. This included reviewing the exam maps, preparing all necessary logistical requirements, and overseeing the distribution mechanism of answer sheets (bubble sheets) and exam questions, ensuring a smooth and precise exam process. The examinations were marked by a high level of discipline and advanced organization, reflecting the college’s adherence to university-approved measurement and evaluation standards.
