As part of the ongoing monitoring efforts by the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the patronage of the respected University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, Assistant University President for Scientific Affairs, and Professor Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit, the first joint examination was conducted by the Department of Medical Physics in collaboration with its counterpart at the College of Science – University of Al-Qadisiya (Department of Medical Physics).
In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and Lecturer Dr. Sarah Mahdi Obeid, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the college, the joint exams were held for two subjects: Analog Electronics for second-year students and Medical Physics for third-year students.
The exams were conducted in compliance with the regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Specialized committees were formed to oversee the examination process, prepare exam questions, and manage supervision and invigilation. A suitable environment was provided to ensure a smooth and transparent examination process, reinforcing the principle of academic cooperation between Iraqi universities. To guarantee proper implementation in line with ministerial regulations, the examination procedures were monitored and evaluated according to measurement and evaluation standards, with the aim of enhancing the quality of the educational and examination processes at Al-Mustaqbal University.
