College of Nursing at Al-Mustaqbal University Follows Up the Progress of the First Course Examination Process

Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the College of Nursing – Al-Mustaqbal University followed up on Sunday 4/1/2026 the progress of the final examinations for the first semester course, within the framework of the University’s keenness to ensure the smooth flow of the examination process and full adherence to the approved regulations and instructions, as well as to review field-based the level of organization and discipline inside the examination halls. The follow-up was carried out under the direct supervision of the Deanship of the College of Nursing, represented by its Dean Professor Dr. Qahtan Hadi Al-Jubouri, with responsible monitoring from the University Measurement and Evaluation Unit headed by Dr. Saad Al-Alam, and the oversight of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College managed by Dr. Ismail Mohammed Al-Saadi, in addition to the active participation of the teaching, administrative, technical, and support staff, which contributed to providing an organized and stable examination environment reflecting the standards of sound academic assessment at Al-Mustaqbal University. The Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University also implemented direct field monitoring through the adoption of the final examination evaluation form, verification of the conformity of questions with the technical specifications and approved standards, follow-up of invigilators’ performance and logistical aspects, and surveying students’ opinions, with the aim of reinforcing fairness, transparency, equal opportunities, and ensuring the conduct of examinations with high smoothness in accordance with modern measurement and evaluation systems. The visits included students of the fourth stage in both branches of Community Health Nursing and Mental and Psychiatric Nursing, students of the third stage in the branches of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Pediatrics, as well as students of the second stage, in order to ensure adherence to examination instructions and to provide appropriate conditions for students to perform their examinations with ease and reassurance. This follow-up comes as part of Al-Mustaqbal University and the College of Nursing’s efforts to consolidate quality principles in academic assessment, link theoretical aspects with practical application, and guarantee the justice of examinations in a manner that contributes to achieving solid educational outcomes and enhances the preparation of students who possess the scientific and professional competence required to meet the needs of the health sector and serve it in the future.
