As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of higher education and ensure the implementation of approved standards in standardized assessments, the University’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit monitored the final examinations, under the direct supervision and patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of the University, and under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and with follow-up by Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit. The standardized exam for second-year students was conducted on April 30, 2025, in a highly organized atmosphere, under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, along with the Scientific Associate Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Rahim, and the college’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit representative, Programmer Yaseen Abdul Hussein. The exam coincided with the visit of the Ministerial Committee and the Head of the Committee of Deans of Law Colleges, who reviewed the examination process and emphasized strict adherence to ministerial regulations and instructions. The exam proceeded smoothly and systematically, with reinforcement of key exam protocols previously addressed in intensive training workshops — particularly concerning the use of the electronic answer sheet system (bubble sheet). No issues were recorded during the exam, reflecting the students’ awareness and the efforts of the academic and administrative staff in ensuring its success. This comes in line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to applying measurement and evaluation standards that contribute to advancing the quality of the educational and examination processes across its colleges.
