The Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College of Law, Al-Mustaqbal University, closely monitored the final examinations of first-year students conducted under the Bologna System. This follow-up reflects the College’s continuous commitment to implementing academic quality standards and adopting best practices in higher education institutions. It also reaffirms the College’s dedication to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of examination procedures in accordance with ministerial regulations and approved academic guidelines. The monitoring process included reviewing the mechanisms adopted in preparing examination questions, assessing their comprehensiveness and balance, and ensuring their alignment with the course syllabus and the officially approved learning outcomes under the Bologna System. This approach aims to achieve an objective assessment of students’ academic performance and knowledge acquisition. In addition, the Unit verified the provision of an appropriate examination environment that guarantees smooth organization, fairness, transparency, and equal opportunities for all students. The College Deanship emphasized that this supervision is part of its strategic policy to strengthen the continuous assessment system and enhance academic performance. By adopting clear and transparent standards in examination preparation and implementation, the College seeks to reinforce students’ confidence in the institution and reflect the high level of academic discipline that distinguishes Al-Mustaqbal University. The Deanship further noted that adopting the Bologna System represents a strategic step toward aligning academic programs with European and international standards, thereby enhancing students’ academic mobility and competitiveness. This commitment reinforces Al-Mustaqbal University’s position as the leading private university in Iraq in implementing modern systems and comprehensive quality standards in higher education.
