Within the framework of training and development programs in measurement and evaluation at Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the supervision of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and the follow-up of the Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit, the College of Pharmacy organized a series of training workshops for its students entitled “Step by Step: The Correct Way to Fill in the Bubble Sheet.” These workshops were held under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalid Al-Dhalmi, and were delivered by Professor Dr. Nada Khazal Kazem, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College of Pharmacy. The workshops targeted students from different academic stages within the college. The workshops addressed the concept of standardized examinations and the mechanisms for dealing with them in accordance with approved scientific principles, with a particular focus on the correct method of filling in the Bubble Sheet. They also highlighted the most common mistakes that may affect the accuracy of scoring and students’ results, in addition to providing practical guidelines to ensure proper handling of this type of examination paper. These workshops come as part of the College of Pharmacy’s efforts to support and guide students toward achieving distinguished academic performance, enhance their readiness during examinations, and provide a rigorous assessment environment that ensures fairness and accuracy in the academic evaluation process.
