In accordance with the administrative decision issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 7/35/5066 on November 29, 2022, the College of Fine Arts was founded for the academic year 2023–2024. Within the college, there are two departments: 1. Department of Art Education: Graduates of preparatory studies for the branches (literary, biological, and applied) are accepted into the department. Graduates of the Institute of Fine Arts (corresponding specialization) are also accepted. The applied arts program includes general education, family education, decoration, industry, commerce, agriculture, and computer and technology. After completing four years of study, the graduate is awarded a bachelor's degree in art education, which is the same as the certifications that government colleges and universities grant in this field. 2. Department of Design: Under this department, graduates of preparatory studies for the literary, biological, and applied branches of the Institute of Fine Arts (Design - Calligraphy and Decoration), the Applied Arts (Techniques of Architectural Design and Decoration - Calligraphy and Decoration Techniques - Ceramic Techniques - Clothing Industry - Printing Design -Fabric design - Art Education - Decoration Art), and the industry, commerce, agriculture, crafts and folk arts institute are accepted. A bachelor's degree in art education is awarded to the graduate after four years of study, which is equal to the bachelor'sthat government colleges and universities grant in this field.
