The Division of Documents, Certificates, and University Orders Holds a Workshop with the Department of Optical Technologies

The Division of Documents, Certificates, and University Orders held an extensive workshop with the Department of Optical Technologies, as part of ongoing coordination efforts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling graduation requirements. The workshop addressed the mechanism for issuing graduation orders for the first batch of first-round graduates, emphasizing the importance of following up on students’ summer training. It was stressed that students are not considered graduates unless they complete and provide proof of their summer training. Additionally, the process of verifying graduates’ names and matching them with the records in the Registration and Student Affairs databases was discussed, in preparation for submission to the Ministry. A specific timeline was agreed upon for completing all graduation procedures, in accordance with the official academic calendar. This initiative aims to ensure data accuracy and expedite the administrative process related to student graduation, safeguarding student rights while saving time and effort for all parties involved.
