Student Activities Department at Al-Mustaqbal University proceeds in its Campaigns to distribute Food Baskets to Needy & Poor Families during the Holy Month of Ramadan, and thus reflecting the Values of Social Solidarity. This Initiative however embodies Al-Mustaqbal University Mission to serve Community and foster the Spirit of Cooperation among Students and Teachers. There is no doubt that Our University through such campaign has been seeking to ease down Needy Families Burden, and to bring joy to their hearts during this Blessed Month. The University confirms that this Campaign is not merely a support, but rather a Humanitarian Message, which reinforces the Values of Generosity, and urging for the necessity to help all those who need assistance so that Ramadan shall be a Month of Goodness, Love, and Compassion among all people

We would like to note that Student Activities Department at Al-Mustaqbal University has organized a Ramadan Campaign that aims to supporting Needy Families with Food Baskets. This Initiative contributes significantly to providing aid and easing burdens of Poor Families during the Holy Month of Ramadan. The Campaign however has had plans to distribute Food Baskets to Needy Families in different areas of Babylon Governorate at the start of the Holy Month, being part of Al-Mustaqbal University Efforts to achieve Sustainable Development Goals, contributing effectively in the Eradication of Poverty, as well as promoting Humanitarian Values. We are obliged to note as well that this Campaign is not limited to providing food support, but also aims to spreading the Spirit of Solidarity & Assistance among people, specifically Students, during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

It is considerable to note that Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved First Position in the National Forum for Universities Innovation & Sustainability Challenge Competition that has been organized in the Governorate of Basra with the participation of 45 Iraqi Public as well as Private Universities and Colleges. We are glad to announce that Al-Mustaqbal University has won First Place in this Competition, which mainly aims to outspread the Culture of Sustainable Development that would preserve Environment, and meanwhile Eliminating Pollution through Educational Campaigns to be conducted by Scouting Teams. Finally, we are obliged to note that the Forum has witnessed different types of activities, including Visits to Land and Sea Areas, covering Historical, Touristic as well as Sports Sites in Basra, with a variety of Scouting Competitions and Prizes.

Student Activities Department at Al-Mustaqbal University has organized an Awareness Activity, in which a Brochure has been distributed among University Students, focusing on the Concept of Environmental Pollution, which is defined as an activity that generates pollutants with the presence of substances, producing as per their nature, location, or quantity undesirable environmental effects. In order to reduce the effect of this problem, Afforestation is highly required, in addition to using Renewable Energy, being quite essential to protecting Environment from Pollution. There is no doubt that the use of Renewable Energy, such as Solar or Wind Power would have an essential role in the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals as well as reducing Carbon Emissions that lead to Pollution.

We would like to note that Al-Mustaqbal University Tennis Team for both Male and Female Students has participated in the Iraqi Universities Tennis Championship that has been organized by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research / Authority of Scientific Supervision & Evaluation / Department of Student Activities, where the University Team has managed to achieve Advanced Positions in a set of matches. However, there is no doubt that the Game of Tennis does represent a Sports Activity that Al-Mustaqbal University is highly interested in it.

Al-Mustaqbal University Delegation has arrived in Basra Governorate with the aim of participating in the National Forum for University Innovation & Sustainability Challenge Competition being organized by Basra University for the period 23rd – 27th February 2025. Ii is remarkable to note that such participations demonstrate indeed Al-Mustaqbal University Commitment to Promotion of Creativity as well as Sustainability, and thus creating an Educational Environment that would encourage Students to effectively contribute in the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals.
