Prof. Munther Fadel Hassan, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, participated in the activities of the Sustainability Week, which was held this week with the participation of a wide range of academics, researchers and representatives of institutions concerned with environmental issues and sustainable development. During his participation, Dr. Munther pointed out the importance of universities adopting sustainable administrative policies that keep pace with environmental challenges and contribute to building a conscious and responsible university community. He also stressed that the university is working on implementing strategic plans that contribute to rationalizing the consumption of natural resources and improving energy efficiency on campus. The event included panel discussions and workshops that shed light on the latest trends in the field of sustainability, as well as the exchange of experiences between participating universities and civil society organizations. This participation comes as an affirmation of the university s leading role in achieving sustainable development goals and enhancing local and international cooperation in this field.
