As part of its ongoing pursuit of academic openness and expanding horizons of scientific cooperation, Professor Munther Fadhel Hassaid, President of the University for Administrative Affairs at Al-Mustaqbal University, received a high-level academic delegation from Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, headed by Professor Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, and accompanied by Professor Tariq Mustafa Ghaloush, Scientific Assistant to the President of Mansoura University. This visit, the first of its kind among Iraqi universities, aims to strengthen academic relations between the two sides and exchange expertise in the fields of education and scientific research, contributing to the development of the quality of higher education at both institutions. Following the official reception, Professor Munther Fadhel accompanied the visiting delegation on an extensive field tour of the university's most prominent facilities. They were briefed on the unique initiatives implemented by Al-Mustaqbal University to achieve sustainable development goals, as well as on the modern infrastructure designed according to international standards to be smart, environmentally friendly, and sustainable. The tour also included a visit to the advanced classrooms and modern science laboratories, equipped from the best international sources to support practical and applied education and prepare students according to the requirements of the local and international labor market. During the tour, the visiting delegation was briefed on the progress of final exams at several of the university's faculties. Professor Sherif Youssef Khater expressed his great admiration for the organization and discipline within the halls, commending the calm and stimulating atmosphere on campus and the ongoing construction activity at the university. This study seeks to answer several key questions regarding the impact of financial technology (FinTech) tools on selected Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Iraq during the period 2023-2015. The research explores whether these tools have a significant impact, the strength of this impact (strong or weak), and whether the effect is positive or negative. The importance of the study lies in its analysis of digital financial technology and sustainable development concepts, as well as evaluating the extent to which FinTech tools contribute to achieving SDGs in Iraq during the specified period. The study is based on the hypothesis that there is a direct impact of digital financial technology tools on selected SDGs in Irag from 2015 to 2023. To test this hypothesis, the study employs both descriptive (theoretical) and quantitative methodologies, utilizing statistical analysis tools to examine the relationship between FinTech and sustainable development. The study concludes that there is no direct impact of FinTech tools on achieving selected SD&s in Iraq during the period 2023-2015. Our current era is facing rapid environmental changes and increasing sustainability challenges, hence the need to instill good environmental practices in society more than ever before, so most sectors seek to achieve environmental sustainability, and libraries stand out as educational and social institutions to play a prominent role in this field. Sustainable green libraries are not just an idea, but a global trend that aspires to reduce the environmental impact of these institutions by instilling consistent environmental values and adopting sustainable building and operating habits. The research sheds light on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the design and management of green libraries, the selection of sustainable building materials, how to reduce carbon emissions through energy use and rationalization, smart systems for lighting, heating and cooling, waste reduction and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner, and improving the quality of life. The research also addresses the impact of libraries and their role in promoting environmental awareness and implementing sustainable activities among members of contemporary society, as they act as environmental awareness platforms by organizing workshops and educational events to encourage the adoption of sustainable activities in their daily lives. The research is based on applied and analytical examples to provide a comprehensive vision on the implementation of a balance between advanced technology and environmental sustainability, and reviews the basic principles of implementing an environmentally friendly library in terms of design and allocation of green spaces. Today, Saturday, May 3, 2025, the final assessment exams for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year will continue at several colleges AL Mustaqbal University. These exams are organized with high-level management, under the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Munther Fadel Hassan, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, and with the support and follow-up of the University Presidency, headed by Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy. The examination process witnessed an active presence of college deans, teaching staff, and central committees, in addition to field monitoring from the ministerial team tasked with supervising the exams. The team monitored the smooth flow of exams and the readiness of the halls, and praised the conducive environment provided by the university for its students, contributing to the success of the examination process in accordance with approved academic standards. Ali Abdul Razzaq Sabbar, Director of the Office of the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, participated in the Second International Conference on Business Development Technologies, held at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University in the Republic of Turkey. The conference was widely attended by researchers, academics, and university representatives from around the world. The conference featured discussions on the most prominent contenders in the development sectors and their practical applications. The conference also included the signing of agreements between a number of Messenger students and prestigious international universities, leading to academic and scientific cooperation and expertise. Mr. Eng. Ali Abdul Razzaq Sabbar emphasized the importance of participating in such international conferences, which have contributed to promoting new progress at the international level by those with advanced experience in developing the higher education and administrative sectors. He noted that an effective conference forms strategic partnerships that contribute to developing efforts in the field of thought.
