Mr. Eng. Ali Abdul Razzaq Sabbar, Director of the Office of the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, participated in the Second International Conference on Business Development Technologies, held at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University in the Republic of Turkey. The conference was widely attended by researchers, academics, and university representatives from around the world. The conference featured discussions on the most prominent contenders in the development sectors and their practical applications. The conference also included the signing of agreements between a number of Messenger students and prestigious international universities, leading to academic and scientific cooperation and expertise. Mr. Eng. Ali Abdul Razzaq Sabbar emphasized the importance of participating in such international conferences, which have contributed to promoting new progress at the international level by those with advanced experience in developing the higher education and administrative sectors.
